The Direct Investments department is responsible for the suitability review and approval of all directly held accounts and brokerage business.

As a trade review principal, your responsibilities would include:

• Reviewing investment business (check and application) for Commonwealth advisors investing directly with mutual fund companies, sponsor firms for annuities, and direct participation programs
• Reviewing brokerage accounts held through our clearing firm to ensure the account opening process follows all company guidelines
